海南省*府办公厅近日印发《海南省全面推行证明事项告知承诺制实施方案》和《海南省全面推行涉企经营许可事项告知承诺制实施方案》，旨在持续深化“放管服”改革，优化营商环境，深入推进“证照分离”改革，进一步优化海南自由贸易港营商环境。

《方案》要求，今年3月底前制定公布实行告知承诺制的涉企经营许可事项清单、制定公布实行告知承诺制的涉企经营许可事项办理流程、确定涉企经营许可事项告知承诺制的适用对象、加强事中事后核查、加强信用监管、强化风险防范措施、加强*务信息资源共享，同时要求各市县*府可参照本方案制定本地区全面推行涉企经营许可事项告知承诺制工作方案。
